Aim and Object of the class:

To make students be familiar with the key points and words of CriminalLaw, especially with the elements of specific crimes. To gain the ability to get the materials and analyze the case, while the aim to write the sentence and other documents.

Schedule and Content:

To focus on the specific provisions of criminal law, especially on the vital crimes in the operation which will be on the constituent elements of the crimes. To use real case and documents to help students to analyze the case and get the conclusion.

Teaching Method and Means to use:

Presentation by teachers，criminal law will be taught by professors on the whole and systematically. Discussion in the class，students should be organized in the class to argue and discuss about the cases and criminals. Assignments should be completed by the students in group under the cooperation. Moot court to act as one partner to practice law.
