Chen Chuanming

Prof. Chen Chuanming was born in Nanjing, Jiangsu Province. He graduated from Nankai University with a Doctoral degree in Economics. He is currently a Professor in management in Business School of Nanjing University. He is also the associate president in the Chinese Institute of Business Administration, and the instructor of the National Excellent Course——Management. He came back to China when graduated in French in 1981. He transferred from Chinese Academy of Social Sciences to Nanjing University in 1982. He devote himself to education and research, especially in the field of fundamental theory of management, organization theory for enterprises and enterprises strategic management. He was awarded the second prize of National Teaching Achievement Award and the first prize of Teaching Achievement Award of General University in Jiangsu Province. He has conducted a series of National Natural Science Foundations of China, including The inner factor that influence strategic adjustment and The social capital and firm performance of entrepreneur.
