Chen Donghua

Dr. Chen Donghua is accounting professor of Nanjing University Business School and Yangtze River Scholars, Distinguished Professor of Ministry of Education of China.  

Prof. Chen’s research interests include China corporate governance, corporate finance and accounting information contracting role. And he has published a lot of influential papers in high quality domestic and international journals, which include Economic Research (China), Management World (China), Accounting Research (China), Finance Research (China), Journal of International Business Studies, Journal of Business, Finance and Accounting, Pacific-Basin Finance Journal, and etc.

He serves as associate editor for China Journal of Accounting Research, China Journal of Accounting Studies and China Finance Review International. And he is the editorial board member of Contemporary Accounting Review (China), China Accounting and Finance Review, Frontiers of Business Research in China.  

Now Prof. Chen is the chairman of Nanjing University Youth Scholar Association, the council member of China Accounting Society and Deputy Director of Special Committee on Accounting History of China Accounting Society.
