Gao Bo

Gao Bo studied for a BSc in Agricultural Economics and Management at Nanjing Agricultural University between 1981 and 1985.

In 1988 he returned to university and studied at Nanjing Agricultural University to complete his PhD on Agricultural Economics and Management between 1988 and 1993.

His areas of research are Development Economics and the Real Estate Investment & Finance.

Gao Bo published “Culture Capital, Entrepreneurship and Economic Growth: A Study of Zhejiang and Guangdong Businessmen Growth Experience”, “Housing Consumption & Expanding Domestic Demand”, “China’s Real Estate Cycles and Macro-regulation”, “Modern Real Estate Finance” and “Modern Real Estate Economics” more than 10 books. He published more than 150 articles in Economic Research Journal, Management World and other formal academic journals. He presided and completed the National Natural Science Fund Project (70672016), National Social Science Fund Project (06BJY084), Key Project of National Social Science Fund (08AJY010), Humanities and Social Sciences of Ministry of Education Planning Fund (05JA790036) and Key Project of Philosophy and Social Sciences of Ministry of Education Planning Fund (10JZD0025) more than 10 provincial and ministerial level research projects. He is chairing the project Specific Research Tasks of the General Secretary Xi Jinping Series Important Speech (16JFZX014) supported by the Ministry of Education and other researches. He won the second prize of Jiangsu Province eleventh, twelfth Philosophy and Social Science Outstanding Achievement Award and other provincial and ministerial level scientific research awards more than 10.
