Li  Xindan

Prof.  Li  Xindan is currently the Zhao Shiliang Chair Professor in the School of Management and Engineering at Nanjing University. He also serves as the Co-Director of the Nanjing University – Oxford University Joint Student Training and Research Project for Mathematical Finance and the director of Research Centre for Financial Engineering, Nanjing University. He was the dean of the School of Management and Engineering at Nanjing University (2009.6-2016.4), and associate dean from 2001.1 to 2006.6. He was a Fulbright visiting Professor at Yale from 2004.9-2005.8.

Prof. Li is the member of the National Committee of financial education for master degree program of Ministry of Education. He is also the standing member of both the committee of listed companies’ supervision and the committee of corporate governance in Shanghai Stock Exchange.

Prof. Li published more than 100 journal articles in both Chinese top journals and international journals. He also published several books, such as Behavioural Finance, Financial Market and Institutions. He has been in charge of tens of  research projects supported by NSFC, government and industry.   

Prof. Li ’s current research interests range from behavioural finance, financial engineering, assets pricing, risk management to commercial banks, corporate finance, governance of listed companies and data analystics.
