Zhou Xunchu

Zhou Xunchu was born in 1929.He is native of County of Nanhui, City of Shanghai. He is associate Ph.d. Now he is honourary senior professor of Nanjing University. He served successively as associate dean of graduate school, director of Institute for the studies of ancient books, leading scholar of studies of Chinese ancient literature. He is concurrently director of Jiangsu research institute of culture and history. He won the title of The Famous Expert of Social Science of Jiangsu Province in 2013. He has published more than one hundred pieces of academic paper, such as “A Brief Statement on three groups of literary theory in Liang Dynasty” (《梁代文论三派述要》) ,” “On the course of the compilation of Quan Tang Shi” (《叙全唐诗成书经过》)， “On the academic origins of Huangkan’s Wen XIN DIAO LONG ZA JI ”(《论黄侃<文心雕龙札记>的学术渊源》)，the ZHOU XUN CHU WEN JI (《周勋初文集》) in seven volumes and several kinds of books. The TANG YU LIN JIAO ZHENG（《唐语林校正》）、TANG CHAO WEN XUAN JI ZHU HUI CUN (《唐钞文选集注汇存》) and CE FU YUAN GUI 《册府元龟》校订本) awarded the Prize for the excellent  ancient  books recommending to the whole nation.  CE FU YUAN GUI《册府元龟》校订本) awarded the first national government prize for publication. HAN FEI ZI JIAO ZHU (《韩非子校注》修订本) awarded the first government prize of Jiangsu Province. ZHONG GUO WEN XUE PI PING XIAO SHI (《中国文学批评小史》)was published in four kind of mainland edition, two kind of Taiwan edition, a kind of Hongkong edition, a kind of Japanese translated edition and a kind of Korean translated edition. SHI MEN WEN XUE LU（《师门问学录》）was published in Chinese mainland edition and Malaysian edition.He went to Japan, the United States and Taiwan for several times for academic speech. He also went to Singapo, Malaysian, Korea and Chinese Hongkong for several times for attending important Conference.
